  1. Good English speaking abilities
  2. 3 - 5 years of experience preferred
  3. Possesses upward mobility and aptitude
  4. Technical education in Electrical Trade is preferred
  5. Current Experience in Kitchen and Laundry maintenance required
  6. Good attitude and career oriented
  7. Flexible and outgoing personality
  8. Performs any additional duties as assigned
